Great communication from Richard and flexible pick up/drop off which took any pressure off the trip. The van is extremely well equipped and the combination of good insulation, portable heater & multiple windows, vents & fans means it will always be comfortable no matter the temperature. The permanent bed is very comfortable and the toilet is really excellent, no smell at all! The van feels quite heavy and if you aren't used to driving a diesel van it will take a while to get used to. Plenty of juice in the batteries to keep everything running without needing to ever plug in. Would recommend

Plum was perfect for what we needed. We had a great time on our holiday as everything went well and as expected. Plum has been thoughtfully fitted out and is good quality. Richard was excellent with communication.

My wife and I had a wonderful time exploring Northern NSW in Plum. She is a very capable and well equipped van, with a full enclosed private bathroom and outdoor shower. With the solar panels and power setup, there was no need for powered hookups at campsites and plenty of power for the induction cook top, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee machine along with phone chargers, and any other miscellaneous electronics. The kitchen has all of the essentials for cooking (1 large pan, 2 pots, 1 strainer, cutlery, flatware, dish soap, etc.) The mattress and bedding was comfortable while the rooftop vent and extraction fan kept the van from getting stuffy over night. Rich also left us with camp chairs and other miscellaneous camping supplies just in case you forget them (bug spray, sunscreen, paper towels, TP, etc.). Rich was very accommodating, even offering to pick us up from the nearby BMT train station if needed. We would highly recommend renting this van.

The vans set up very good and well equiped. It all worked well. No need for a powered site or need to refill water. Toilet and Induction cooker work well. Lovely inside. The actual van is an older style.

Loved Plum - easy to drive and really economical. Loved the composting toilet - easy to use and no smell. Great mattress, really Plum has everything you could want.

What a great set up. Exactly as described by Richard and Bec. Super comfy bed and ALL you need for cooking and living off grid. I highly recommend you book Plum!
