Great - everything in good condition, all the basics. Please note however this Van doesnt have solar so need to run the van daily for 30mins to charge the battery for fridge (had freezer turned off) otherwise all good.

Overall quite disappointing. The pickup took 50 min just trying to navigate the app used to unlock the car, which in the end didn't work. We weren't told to download the app in advance or that we weren't going to be met by the renter on-location. The address we were given was to the house where the car was parked outside of, and not the renters address, so while we couldn't get in touch with Adrian, we knocked on the stranger's door. The van was spacious and clean, however very poorly designed. Very simple set-up - just a bed and fridge, which aren't mounted so they slide around inside the car while driving. We also had to figure out to connect the fridge ourselves, this wasn't done beforehand. There are basic kitchen utensils and a good camp-stove, but nothing to clean with, meaning you have to go buy full sized dish liquid and sponges. The height of the van made it difficult to find underground parking, which is mot supermarkets, but this information is nowhere to be found in the car. Finally the car itself does not run very well, struggles a lot uphill and with accelerating in general and engine and aircon are extremely noisy.

Positives - Adrian was very responsive and very helpful at all times. - the van was very clean and the facilities were as expected - the fuel economy was okay. We drove to byron and back on one tane of fuel. Room for improvement - having an adrioid phone meant that that I could not park the car in places where there was no signal. This proved to be rather inconvenient due to aus general signal. The system uses a smart key which I will choose to not use again. - the sat nav (smart screen) worked very well, however it was not bright enough to see in bright weather.

Great short holiday. The van was very well kept and equipped. The van drove very well, and there was nothing missing from what was advertised The double bed was very comfortable! We had a small hiccup with the SmartCarKey app, which was not working for Android (apparently the Iphone app works ok), so we had to set off the app and only use the physical key. No problem for me with this Adrian was very helpful to sort everything out at the check-in. Would do it again!

Really smooth and easy van to drive the visibility was great . Truely a Little mobile home that has everything you need. Adrian was always fast and easy to communicate with i would recommend to my family and friends .
