We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this caravan. Everything was exactly as described clean, tidy, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and stress-free holiday. From the moment we picked it up, it truly felt like a home away from home. Donna was amazing from start to finish. Her communication was clear, friendly and always prompt, and the handover was thorough and easy, with all the information we needed explained clearly. You can really tell how much care and love she puts into her caravan. Our holiday was relaxing and enjoyable thanks to how well everything was set up and how smooth the whole experience was. We would highly recommend both the caravan and Donna to anyone looking for a great, reliable and enjoyable getaway. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience we wouldnt hesitate to do it again!

An absolutely outstanding caravan experience! This caravan is simply stunning modern, beautifully presented, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a perfect trip. From the spacious layout to the comfortable bedding, the quality appliances and all the thoughtful little extras, every detail has clearly been taken care of with love and attention. It honestly feels like a home on wheels, far beyond what we expected. The cleanliness was exceptional; everything was spotless and immaculately maintained. You can tell straight away that this caravan is looked after to the highest standard. And Donna what a wonderful lady! She is incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. Communication was perfect, and she made the whole experience even better with her kindness and availability. We truly couldnt have asked for anything more. Highly, highly recommended a 10/10 experience!

Van was well laid out, bed was very comfortable, had a well appointed kitchen and had everything we needed. Handover was detailed and informative which made set up easy.

The Palace on Wheels was everything that it was advertised to be. Communication with Donna was prompt and informative. The van was very clean, and the handover brief was very detailed and covered all aspects of the van. Donna also gave me some new tips and tricks. The van contained all of the item s (and more) for our extra-long weekend. We were on battery all weekend and the systems worked perfectly. We would certainly hire the Palace on Wheels again.

Had a great experience overall. Van was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the Kulin Bush Races weekend. Donna was very helpful and so easy to get along with. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

The best hotel on wheels we have ever used. Everything we needed included with this van, so comfortable and easy to set up. Donna was brilliant at showing us the ropes and keeping in touch with us on our trip.

Donna's van was like the pictures in the advertisement and Donna herself is a lovely, friendly lady who explained everything about her van really well. The van towed nicely and we had a great time away in it! Thanks Donna!

This was everything we could have hoped for. First time away for a month and we were not disappointed. Up the West Coast of WA and down through the goldfields. 6000km's without a hitch. Donna was very, very helpful responding to every question (covered but forgotten from the handover). A really great experience.

Donna is an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing is to much for her, shes always on hand to answer any queries and is so helpful. This was our second time hiring the van and wont be our last. Its a delight hiring this van
