Delivery: If you don't have a tow vehicle I can deliver, set up for you and collect the van if it's on a Saturday or Sunday. * Must have experience towing caravans. This is not a light weight caravan for beginners. * In bad weather and winds, the Awning must be put away please. These are easily damaged in high winds. * No beach or off road driving. Short gravel roads to get into site allowed. * Corner steadies are not meant to be used to lift the caravan to level it. Levelling ramps are provided * Weber BBQ for hire $55.00. * Elecbrakes (electric brake controller) for hire if you don't have a brake controller fitted to your car $50.00 *Please bring your own bedding. I will supply the mattress protector.

Hiring rules

• * Deposit paid within 48 hours to secure the booking please
• * Please bring your own bed linen/ pillows/ quilt I will supply and fit a mattress protector.
• * No smoking inside
• * Tow vehicle must be capable of towing at least 3.2T
• * If your tow vehicle does not have an electric brake controller fitted (such as Redarc) I can provide an electric brake controller $50.00 per hire.
• * EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
• * DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately to Camplify 1300 416 133 who, what, where and when will be required. Also contact me on my mobile so I can assist you.
• * CLEANING All I ask is you return the van in the same clean condition as you picked it up. Please empty and clean the toilet or an additional cleaning charge of $100.00 will be applied.
• * Please do not use a pressure washer on the outside or direct water into external grills.
• * PETS Caravan must be returned completely clean with no remains of pet hair, otherwise an additional $100.00 cleaning fee will apply. Please provide the breed of your pet within your booking request.
• * AWNING Always tie the awning down with guy ropes provided and put away in strong windy/ bad weather as they are easily damaged in strong winds.
• * Corner steadies / legs please use the provided leg winder not an electric drill. Damage to the internal cog mechanism can/ will occur if over extended. Not to be used to 'lift' the caravan. Levelling ramps are provided to level the van side to side.
• * DELIVERY/DROPOFF SERVICE
• Travel costs @ $2.00 per km each way, within 150kms of Perth. (Towing the caravan there and towing it back) plus $150.00 for setting everything up and packing up when collecting the caravan.
• * NO OFFROAD NO Beach Driving / NO Gravel Roads. This is strictly an onroad van.
• * STAYING OFFGRID (This means without connecting to power or water sources not driving offroad).
• * Hirer must be 30 years of age or older and have previous experience towing caravans.

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this caravan. Everything was exactly as described clean, tidy, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and stress-free holiday. From the moment we picked it up, it truly felt like a home away from home. Donna was amazing from start to finish. Her communication was clear, friendly and always prompt, and the handover was thorough and easy, with all the information we needed explained clearly. You can really tell how much care and love she puts into her caravan. Our holiday was relaxing and enjoyable thanks to how well everything was set up and how smooth the whole experience was. We would highly recommend both the caravan and Donna to anyone looking for a great, reliable and enjoyable getaway. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience we wouldnt hesitate to do it again!

  An absolutely outstanding caravan experience! This caravan is simply stunning modern, beautifully presented, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a perfect trip. From the spacious layout to the comfortable bedding, the quality appliances and all the thoughtful little extras, every detail has clearly been taken care of with love and attention. It honestly feels like a home on wheels, far beyond what we expected. The cleanliness was exceptional; everything was spotless and immaculately maintained. You can tell straight away that this caravan is looked after to the highest standard. And Donna what a wonderful lady! She is incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. Communication was perfect, and she made the whole experience even better with her kindness and availability. We truly couldnt have asked for anything more. Highly, highly recommended a 10/10 experience!

  Van was well laid out, bed was very comfortable, had a well appointed kitchen and had everything we needed. Handover was detailed and informative which made set up easy.

  The Palace on Wheels was everything that it was advertised to be. Communication with Donna was prompt and informative. The van was very clean, and the handover brief was very detailed and covered all aspects of the van. Donna also gave me some new tips and tricks. The van contained all of the item s (and more) for our extra-long weekend. We were on battery all weekend and the systems worked perfectly. We would certainly hire the Palace on Wheels again.
