Tyler was very friendly and kind man. He was quick to respond to ensure a stress free handover. However there were some draw backs for the cleanliness, due to busy schedules there was a lapse in cleanliness standards. He was responsive to the feedback and ensured me it wouldn't go out again without proper cleaning, to which I believe him. Great people to deal with and would 100% hire from them again.

Thanks Chris for hiring with us & agree with your honest feedback, sorry it was a busy time leading up to Easter but now aware of the areas of the caravan we had missed & will improve our cleanliness standards before handover. Fantastic new caravan with everything you need and more. Used off grid for a week and had no issues with the impressive battery and solar capabilities. The guys have added all the bits and pieces to make cooking and living life on the road enjoyable. Highly recommend
