Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Ethan 4.0Tyler was very friendly and kind man. He was quick to respond to ensure a stress free handover. However there were some draw backs for the cleanliness, due to busy schedules there was a lapse in cleanliness standards. He was responsive to the feedback and ensured me it wouldn't go out again without proper cleaning, to which I believe him. Great people to deal with and would 100% hire from them again.

Chris 4.8Fantastic new caravan with everything you need and more. Used off grid for a week and had no issues with the impressive battery and solar capabilities. The guys have added all the bits and pieces to make cooking and living life on the road enjoyable. Highly recommend
