very good, the van had plenty of solar and everything we needed for the weekend away, the pickup was smooth and very thorough, we needed a different ball for our car, which Mariams husband swapped over for us. very happy with everything

This van was perfect for our little family getaway. Kids slept comfortably as did we. Van was so clean and had all the bits and bobs we needed for our stay. Handover was so easy and Mariam and her husband were available to be contacted throughout our entire stay (not that we needed them). Thank you so much

The van was the ideal size for our family of four. Mariam and Ali were incredibly approachable and happily answered all our questions throughout the trip. I would definitely book this van again.

These guys are nothing short of amazing, so easy going and helpful before and during our stay for any questions we had. We had an absolute blast with our kids for the first time in a caravan and cant wait for the next trip!

Mariam, Ali, and his dad were absolutely lovely. The caravan was spotless and worked well throughout our stay. Any questions or issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Ali, who was always easy to contact, very friendly, and eager to help. His dad was equally welcoming and gave the kids a wonderful tour of the farm, even treating us to some fresh vegetables and eggs. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

Experience with the camper was good. There was some issues with the shower & tap in the beginning but we managed to fix it ourselves on the 2nd day. There was also some confusion with the shower tent not being provided so we had to purchase one. Other than that those minor issues the camper worked great!

Mariam, Ali and his father were always available when needed. However, the van was in very poor condition, damp inside the canvas area, mattresses were wet, the kitchen area dirty and mold in all drawers, one of the airbeams of the annex leaked and was not fixable due to the nature of the tear, the jocky wheel was wonky and needed replacing, different tires fitted on either side of the trailer, both significantly under-inflated. The owner tried their best to make our experience a good one, Ali even went out at pick up to buy a new hitch allowing us to level the trailer with our town vehicle, and he was available whenever we needed him to try and help us fix things remotely. But overall their goodwill could not make up for the trailer being in such poor condition, not properly maintained and cleaned. Unfortunately we won't be hiring from Ali and his family again. Also, because we had wonderful experiences on Camplify before, with beautiful, clean and well maintained trailers. This one just didn't live up to a standard that we thought was expected when hiring through Camplify.
