Mariam, Ali and his father were always available when needed. However, the van was in very poor condition, damp inside the canvas area, mattresses were wet, the kitchen area dirty and mold in all drawers, one of the airbeams of the annex leaked and was not fixable due to the nature of the tear, the jocky wheel was wonky and needed replacing, different tires fitted on either side of the trailer, both significantly under-inflated. The owner tried their best to make our experience a good one, Ali even went out at pick up to buy a new hitch allowing us to level the trailer with our town vehicle, and he was available whenever we needed him to try and help us fix things remotely. But overall their goodwill could not make up for the trailer being in such poor condition, not properly maintained and cleaned. Unfortunately we won't be hiring from Ali and his family again. Also, because we had wonderful experiences on Camplify before, with beautiful, clean and well maintained trailers. This one just didn't live up to a standard that we thought was expected when hiring through Camplify.

It was our first time hiring a caravan, and what a wonderful experience it was. Mariam and Ali were wonderful at explaining everything about the caravan, making it a really smooth experience. The caravan was stunning, had everything we needed, toilet and shower and great kitchen! I'd definitely be hiring this caravan again, thanks Mariam!

What an amazing set-up! We absolutely loved our weekend in Mariam and Alis camper. Ali was incredibly thorough with his handover and attention to detail of the trailer as we had never hired or used one before. The camper trailer is so well stocked! It is super comfy and spacious for our family of 5. The fridge and cooker make this a deluxe weekend away with young kids - taking some of the stressful logistics and forward planning out of a weekend away! The set up and pack down also very easy having never done it before. We would absolutely love to hire this again another time. Thanks for having us Ali and Mariam.

10 out of 10 ! Mariam and ali are wonderful to deal with ! Above and beyond for communication , we're super focused on my family having a good experience with their camper ! Will definitely use again!!

The holiday in the van was fantastic. It is a really good vehicle and easy to setup. Love having to just open the camper up, close up the valves and press pump. Van is well stocked, and ready to go. Dealing with Mariam and family is really easy. They are lovely to deal with, responsive and really care that we got the best holiday possible in their camper.

Life was a dream in this beautiful Van. Towed well and was incredibly lightweight for the size! We had so much fun as a family, and the host was excellent. Super helpful, lovely and friendly!

This was such a fantastic Experience! Miriam and Ali were wonderful to hire from. They had tonnes of info and took the time to ensure we knew about every part of the van also ensuring we were comfortable and safe. Great people to hire from, highly recommend them and of course their camper trailer which was perfect for us! You wont be disappointed!

We had a fantastic time away, seamless communication for pickup and assistance with the tow bar to get off on our adventure. There was easy videos to watch explaining how easy to use the camper and also on collection. Ali and Miriam were available for any questions but this was such a comfortable and easy to use camper trailor we loved it so much we are looking to buy our own. Spacious interior, easy to use kitchen/fridge. Fabulous setup, highly recommend!
