Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Alice 5.0We had a wonderful holiday with our three children spending a few nights near Ballarat at a campsite. It felt very luxurious being safe and cozy, even when it was a rainy day. Both Mariam and Ali were wonderful to communicate with and nothing was as issue. This caravan was definitely top of the game.
