This caravan has everything you need to make some great Family Memories. We have loved the trips we have taken in this van. • Queen bed with mattress topper • Comfy double bunks (please note the bunks are 70cm wide / 180cm long, max weight on top bunk 80kg) • All beds have reading lights, and a fan. Bunk beds have 2 USB charges each • Ample clothes storage • Large 4-seater L shaped leather lounge • Generous Thetford N3000 series 3-way fridge/freezer, 240V, battery and LPG gas • Filtered drinking water • Cooktop (gas and electric), oven, microwave • Appliances including toaster and kettle • Crockery, cutlery and cookware is all supplied • Full size ensuite with large shower, toilet, vanity and 3kg washing machine • Clothes drying rack + clothesline • Stereo (Bluetooth) with internal and external speakers • 20" Furion TV with built in DVD player to lounge space • Small selection of board and card games • Roof mounted Air Command IBIS 4 reverse cycle AC/heater with remote control • LED lighting throughout • Camp tables and 4 chairs + bench seat • Electric awning with LED strip lighting • 2 x 80 Liter Water Tanks • Twin 9kg Gas Bottles • On-board battery & a solar panel on the roof When you rent this van from us, we will take the time to show you how everything works and answer any questions you have. Flexible pick-up and drop off times however both must be during daylight hours. Important. The caravan has a DO35 coupling fitted for improved towing and safety. If your car has an interchangeable tongue we'll supply a tongue with the DO35 pin fitted. If your car has a fixed tongue (less common), please remove the ball before you arrive and we'll assist with fitting the DO35 pin to your tow-bar. Note. A/C, Washing Machine and Microwave will only work when connected to 240v mains power.

Hiring rules

• Any damage must be reported immediately, no matter how small
• No smoking and/ or vaping in or around the Van
• No off road
• No pets
• No festivals
• Awing must be put in before bad weather arises/ heavy wind and rain
• No campfires close to the van or under the awning
• The van needs to be returned in the same condition as when it was received by you
• Mattress protectors to be used at all times
• All meats, curries etc to be cooked outside
• Gas bottles included in the hire
• Remove shoes when inside the van
• Clean inside microwave after using
• Caravan to be clean and tidy at end of the hire period or a $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged
• Toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned upon return if not, a $200.00 cleaning fee will be taken from the bond

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Chris and Siubhan were a pleasure to deal with. It was our first time hiring a caravan and Chris made it very easy and simple. Definitely would recommend using them again. The van was very clean and easy to operate functions within the van.
