Great communication from Richard and flexible pick up/drop off which took any pressure off the trip. The van is extremely well equipped and the combination of good insulation, portable heater & multiple windows, vents & fans means it will always be comfortable no matter the temperature. The permanent bed is very comfortable and the toilet is really excellent, no smell at all! The van feels quite heavy and if you aren't used to driving a diesel van it will take a while to get used to. Plenty of juice in the batteries to keep everything running without needing to ever plug in. Would recommend

Great value, exactly as described, Franck was incredibly helpful. First time using a tent box, Franck ran through the process and was simple then. Would happily rent again.

We had a great holiday. We learnt that we are really happy with the living and set up of. caravanning. My husband doesnt like pulling the van - though we know it is the right length for us and we were very happy with the way it handled on the road. He just needs to come to terms with being truck like, and wide, which feels a bit freaky when you pass a semi on a narrow road.

Such an incredible holiday. The hand over was super comprehensive and explained all i needed to know. Towing the caravan was a breeze and not having to have a brake controller on my car itself made it simpler to tow. Will definitely hire this caravan again in the future.

This was the first time hiring a camper van and it was amazing! Bubbles was super easy to drive, set-up and pack away, especially with the instruction video and at hand over. The whole experience was a breeze. I highly rate this Newcastle Campervans and will definitely hire through them again.
