Fantastic.

Van hire from Open-Shell was great, we had an amazing trip down South to Esperance. The truck covered all our needs, the roof tent was easy to use and pack away. Would recommend and would use again.

Giuseppe answered all our questions accurately and promptly. The van description was as the advertised pages and all fixtures and fitting were both serviceable and in fact, almost new. Given we will be returning to Oz, we feel a return to this host would be more than acceptable to us. Once again, thank you Giuseppe.

Tracey was absolutely amazing to deal with, exceptional communication (replys within the hour ), she was ever so kind to walk us through the van and made sure everything was ready to go before our arrival. They even supplied everything we hadnt even thought of ourselves which was super helpful. The van itself The happy camper too was better then our expectations, the beds were like clouds with plenty of storage space. Would most definitely recommend and use again. Thankyou Tracey

The van was perfect for a couple Modern clean and excellent to tow Greg is very thorough with showing how to hitch up the van and how everything thing works on and in the van If not sure how things work there is an information booklet I highly recommend this van

We had an awesome stay in Todds van! Todd was very accommodating in setting the van up so that once we arrived, it was good to go. He was very detailed in explaining how everything worked and the van was fully equipped - we couldnt have asked for anything more! There were also lots of little extras that made our stay very comfortable, including the coffee pods for the machine provided, external seating and tables, annex, pantry basics, etc. Thanks for your hospitality Todd, well be sure to re-book your van on our next stay!

We had a fantastic trip from Perth down the coast to Esperance and back. The car was great, with everything you need for an adventurous holiday. Dorian was very helpful and quick to reply to all questions leading up to the trip. Highly recommend!

Great van, fantastic kitchen set-up, had everything we needed and it was all good quality and nicely done with an eye for detail. Thoroughly recommend. Jacinta was great to deal with and everything ran super smoothly. Took all the stress out of our holiday, would definitely do again, thank you!!

If I could give 20 stars I would !! We arrived to a gorgeously set up van, which has exceeded my expectations! Honestly 10/10 but Id like to list the main things I loved to assist other ppl thinking of booking: (Im a newbie and this was my first ever booking a first ever caravan stay. ) - the bottom beds are 2 actual proper single bed mattresses which were so comfortable. - washer and dryer are fantastic , they even included washing detergent. - kitchen set up excellent. Had all the appliances needed. I cooked every night a morning. No wastage on eating out. -fly screens on all windows and doors. - living space was really big for family of 3. We could set up the table and eat comfortably as well as relax on the cushions and watch a movie. -air con is amazing. - So much storage for your belongings. - A lot of PowerPoints -Nespresso machine was amazing. -communication with owners was so responsive and very helpful. Clearly, I loved my stay, and would 100% book again. Thank you !

We had an absolutely fantastic experience hiring Aquila for our recent trip around Tasmania. The van was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. We were especially impressed by how well insulated Aquila is. Even on chilly nights, the van stayed surprisingly warm and comfortable -- we didnt even need to use the heater. Its clear that Aquila is exceptionally well cared for and maintained. We wouldnt hesitate to hire it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped campervan adventure.

Great setup. Easy to use with everything you need for some time away. The 2 extra swags for the kids was great. Great instructions at pickup makes for an easy trip. My family loved it. Will definitely book again soon.

Fantastic van. Very clean, almost new and had everything we needed. Peter gave us an excellent handover and was available for any questions we had while on our trip. We would definitely hire this van from Peter again.

Great experience

Eileen was wonderful to deal with great communication the whole way through and very helpful. The van was delivered and fully set up for us before we arrived, which made everything so easy and stress-free. It suited our family of five perfectly and had everything we needed. We would absolutely hire from Eileen again, we had a fantastic weekend away.

The van was excellent for our family. Communication with Bradd was easy and the handover was very thorough and everything was set up when I arrived. Would definitely recommend it!!
