Great caravan and very easy owners to deal with. The van was very clean, neat and tidy and comfortably fits a family of 4 (with 2 being older teenagers). The aircon was definitely used. The big awning ensured we were out of the summer heat and the supplied tables, chairs and bbq meant we didnt have to bring these along. The gift basket of food from the owners was I great touch . If we get the chance we will definitely hire again.

Great van 2nd time Ive hired it perfect for myself or a couple so well equipped and Ian is a pleasure to deal with will be booking again for next year

Had a great trip to Inverloch in this van staying at the foreshore caravan park. Easy to drive and comfortable the drive itself was very comfortable, the van has both a speed limiter and cruise control so great for long distances. It was a hot weekend and the AirCon worked perfectly. We were unable to get the HWS working but didn't need it due to having access to hot water, Alan however has since solved the issue. Alan's communication was exceptional and we would certainly hire from him again.

We had the best family holiday in this van. Tara was great from the get go and the van was well equipped with everything you needed.

Me and my partner did 7 days in Olive and overall found it pretty good. Pros; easy to park, apple car play, reverse camera, comfy bed, good A/C, plenty of storage. Cons; shower never got hot for us, van lacks power, sleeping was hard as it was difficult to keep cool in warm weather.

Unfortunately , we had an issue with the door of the van with the door handle coming off and locking my husband inside on the first morning and after owner repaired , we were too concerned to lock it for the rest of our time as it was catching and felt it would break again so luckily we were in grandparents yard as we would not have been able to secure the van without risk of locking us in or out . We had advised the owner the door lock was catching at the top and the solid door would not stay clipped when you closed the door , so the first night was freezing as solid door would not stay attached to the screen .You can imagine how ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED I was to then receive a bill from Camplify insurance to replace the handle after the owner had a spare which was used to replace the broken one at the time , as previous hirers had also had issues with the door . The insurance feels like a way of owners getting parts replaced at the Hirers expense . Unfortunately , this has ruined our first and what will now be our only Camplify experience .

Michael was an incredibly helpful owner of the Jayco Journey caravan, which made our first caravan trip incredibly smooth. The caravan was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our 5-week road trip along the NSW coast an incredible holiday. Thanks to Michael for providing such a great van to give us confidence in the Camplify platform and give us the bug for future travel in an RV!

We loved staying in Van Morrison for 4 nights. The decor was gorgeous, it was well equipped and Rachel even left us a basket of delicious goodies. Rohan was lovely to deal with and great with the setup and instructions. Highly recommend hiring this van!

Rusty was anything but. He presented extremely well, towed amazing and everything worked really well. There was enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids at the dinner table, albeit the kids slept in swags. Setup was simple with the provided ramps and the auto awning made for quick shade. We brought along minimal cutlery and crockery, as Rusty was well equipped. The washing machine was very convenient for us as it saved the post holiday washing we normally have to do. The van was filled with water, which was great, however we didn't need this as we were on a powered site. It would be great if the Camplify platform had this as a option for filled tanks. This would save the hirer time and money and the hiring person having to tow the additional weight. I would highly recommend hiring Rusty to anyone. Cheers Rusty!

The Cravan was clean and tidy when I picked it up. Michael was warm and welcoming and explained everything to me and showed me where everything was and made sure I understand everything. he also made sure that I had his mobile and told me if I have any problems to call him at any time. The caravan was easy to hook up and towed really well. My family and I enjoyed our holiday with the caravan as it was a well appointed caravan and was easy to clean. I was happy with the hire of the caravan and would recommend to anyone. Regards Neil O'Sullivan

Josh was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Communication was prompt and clear he said exactly what he would do and followed through on everything. The camper trailer itself was in excellent condition and incredibly well set up. Absolutely everything you could need was included, and it was obvious a lot of thought had gone into the details even down to providing a small vacuum cleaner so we could return it as clean and tidy as it was given to us. Setup is straightforward with these trailers, and theres a helpful video to follow if you need a bit of extra guidance. Josh also took plenty of time during the handover to run through everything thoroughly, which gave us real confidence heading off and meant there were no surprises along the way. Highly recommend hiring from Josh great equipment and outstanding service.

Our family had a lovely holiday in the van. It was all set up when we arrived, with an easy handover. The coffee machine and all of the other extras was great. The van had everything we needed for our holiday. Hopefully we will be able to book again next year.
