This was our first time ever doing a campervan trip and Hugo was a great start to introduce us into the campervan world. David was amazing and communicated very quickly and clearly with us and would highly recommend using Hugo.

Great communication, covered everything and helped resolve all issues on pick up.

Deb and Pete were very helpful during the planning phase of our holiday. The van was as described and adequately comfortable for our 2 adults and toddler. I wouldn't consider it spacious enough for four people though. We experienced a 24hr delay in a response after handover which was disappointing, but otherwise a very enjoyable trip and the van was easy to operate and drive.

A great way to camp. Tims Tvan is in excellent condition and well stocked with camping gear. Whenever we thought we needed some thing, we found it tucked in somewhere.

Had the van for a week, everything was great, really comfortable. It had fans in the back which made the hot nights easier. I did have to get some propane for the bbq and a couple other things for cooking but mostly everything was there. For some reason after driving for 25 minutes my phone kept disconnecting from the Bluetooth so I had to pull over a lot to reconnect it. Not sure what the issue was or if anyone else experienced that. Overall super happy with the rental and would rent again. :)

We had the best time in Ruby Roo! Sivakalas communication was amazing and honest. He made sure we knew where everything was and also helpful tips. The perfect van for those looking for a long weekend away.

I enjoyed our first trip so much with Vanessa that we decided to take her out on another trip. Very accommodating and the setup is great whether sunshine or rain. Andy was really helpful at such short notice for booking. Both times the van is in immaculate condition. Thanks again and hopefully not the last time renting Vanessa.

My sister and I had the best weeks road trip in Flo!! Came exactly as advertised, worked beautifully, very spacious for 2 and fully equipped with everything you need. Gemma was also fantastic to communicate with and incredibly helpful - would highly recommend!

Our first time caraving in Australia and we loved it. Thank so much for letting us use your van! Communication was excellent full handover with instructions. Very stable when towing. We were at a non powered site so couldn't use aircon or kettle etc, used gas to boil water and it was really cool both nights so didn't need the aircon. Thank you and we highly recommend
