David was a pleasure to deal with, everything was clean and he even includes a few extra items like camp chairs , a hydraulic lift on the front, a very convenient water tap on the AFrame and even a roll of paper towel.

We recently hired Kaylas van through Camplify and honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience especially as first time caravaners. From the very beginning, Kayla was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure we felt confident before hitting the road. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a daunting first trip feel easy and enjoyable. The van itself was absolutely fantastic, immaculately presented, well equipped, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed (and plenty of extras we didnt even realise wed need!). It was clear a lot of care and attention had gone into making it a comfortable and stress free experience. What really stood out was Kaylas communication. Even while we were on the trip, she was always available, quick to respond, and more than willing to help with any questions we had along the way. That level of support gave us real peace of mind. If youre thinking about hiring a van we couldnt recommend Kayla highly enough. A truly outstanding host and an all-round brilliant experience. Thanks again, Kaylawell definitely be back!

Great experience! The host was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They were also flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, which made everything much easier for us. The vehicle was exactly as described and the whole process was smooth. Would definitely recommend!

It's a very tall van so your road vision while driving is excellent but you do need to be careful to drive to the road and weather conditions, especially in strong winds. As a sole hirer I could not use the annex as I could not reach high enough to extend it manually. This limited the use of outdoor space somewhat as I can not be in unshaded areas with my fair skin. The fold-out outdoor table was great for evenings and breakfast.

We spent 5 nights in the van with our 4 year old and 8 month old and it was great fun! Handover was simple, the van towed well and had all the basics neatly packed. Everything worked as explained in the handover which meant no sudden surprises when we were away. Rob was great to deal with and we would definitely look to rent a van from him again. Cheers Chris

Great van and great guy to deal with!

Callum is a really nice bloke who introduced us to his van and prior to that answered all our queries. Good job as the van is in good condition but lacking in certain facilities even for more than a long weekend trip. We arrived from up over and had to make urgent choices as our Camplify booking (made in July 2025) was cancelled the day after we paid the full amount! Fortunately we have family where we could pitch up initially and Callums Van was nearby. A godsend given the bookings made for campsite stopovers we had also booked in advance. If you were arriving from abroad and looking for a Van for an extended trip (2+weeks or more) this is not for you because; 1. There is no linen = no quilt, pillows, sheets or pillow cases. Your first port of call after pick up is K Mart or the like to get a bed sheet, quilt, pillows and covers for both. 2. Whilst there pick up a Kettle and a lidded saucepan (preferably one that can be used on the induction hob), cereal bowls and a bowl you can use in the microwave. 3. A can/bottle opener and a plastic bowl for washing dishes outside would be useful additions along with washing line and pegs. A few guy ropes for the awning would be useful too. 4. Storage is limited by Van kit under the bench sheets and the sink waste water storage takes up most of the under sink cupboard space. Callumns van comes with two plates, a frying pan and basic cutlery. External gas Barbie, chairs and table. Big plus is having the sun awning. We sorted out items 1-3 and had a very enjoyable trip. Handover and return went smoothly. Thank you for allowing us to rent your van Callum.

We had a great holiday. The van was comfortable and rhe air con worked well on hot days.

Great communication onpick and drop off

Terrific week of camping despite quite a bit of rain and cold. This camper was just right for us (2A 2C) and had plenty of space. Easy to tow, set up and pack up. Simon was super friendly and accommodating, thanks!

We had a great time using Lukass vehicle to travel WA! No issues with the car at all and also provided everything we needed! Would highly recommend
