Stephens help and knowledge with the van was great. The van itself was extremely clean and comfortable and a dream to tow. Will definately being using again.

Dianne and her husband were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience so easy. They set up and packed down everything, all we had to do was arrive with our personal belongings and enjoy the weekend. Communication was fantastic. Dianne answered every question promptly and nothing was ever a hassle. As this was our first time camping in a caravan, she really helped make our first experience a special one. The caravan was exactly as described clean, comfortable & equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. We were definitely the envy of our campsite and truly felt like we were camping in style. We would absolutely book with Dianne again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free caravan experience!

Fantastic van that has all the mod cons you may wish! Handover and drop-off was super well organised. Comms always fast and helpful. Very happy with this van and would hire again! We had a wonderful week touring the Gippsland region.

This was our first time in a caravan and we had the most amazing time with our family and the grandkids were soo happy! The caravan bed was super comfy, the A/C worked really well, Gerard set up everything for us, including chairs and the Weber Bbq just made it even better again. Thankyou Gerard

We had a great weekend and the van was perfect for our family

We hired the van, and on initial collection and setup everything was great. The first night of a 3 night hired the van leaked all over the main bed, wetting bedding and anything on the floor. We contacted 3 burrows and struggled to get a response, but thwy acknowlegded they we aware of a leak - we had someone attend the site who gave us a bucket and enquired about anything else. We explained the fridge was also leaking/not staying cool and asked him to check - this is when qe were informed the van had been in for a fridge repaired and they'd had nothing but issues. To knowingly hire the van with significant leaks and a non-opertional fridge was frustrating, but to also be offered no alternative after we asked (we stayed 20 mins from hire location) no apology or no offer of compensation really topped it off. We cut the holiday short after our milk spoiled on night 2 of no fridge; and took our young children home to get warm and dry.

We had 5 nights in Lady Luxe at Noosa River Holiday Park. The van and the park were both excellent. It was our first time in a caravan and we enjoyed it immensely.

We had a fantastic experience hiring this caravan through Camplify. The caravan was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. It was well set up and made our stay really enjoyable. Louise was also great to deal withcommunication was clear and prompt from start to finish, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. 10/10 i would absolutely recommend. The caravan was spotless, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped with everything you could need for a stay. Its clear a lot of care goes into maintaining it, as everything was in excellent condition and thoughtfully set up. The whole hire process was smooth and easy, which made the experience even better. We had a fantastic time and would happily hire again.

This was our first Camplify experience and Tattum made it so easy. The communication all the way through was great and the van was great. Would definitely recommend Tattum and the Luxe to everyone.
