We had a great stay in Gaurangs Jayco Swan! It was very comfortable stay and Gaurang was great with communication and setup instructions!

We had a great time in Robyn and Lucas Jayco Outback. The tandem axel tows well on the highway. For reference tow vehicle was a stock Y62, ball weight probably around 300kg so our soft stock springs not ideal but it was still fine. Our weekend at Sandy Cape got quite windy, so a lot of time spent inside. For two people its a lot of space. Of course wife loved the separate shower and toilet so this will become the standard now. Very good hot water service. Van has everything you need; we brought linen, food, and a mocha pot for coffee. Thats it. BBQ swing worked fine in the wind. Probably will hire again.

First time using a caravan. Laura and Michael were fantastic communicators and very accommodating. The van had everything we needed and then some. It made for a great weekend away that our kids loved!

Fantastic van. Had everything we needed for a few nights away. Lovely to drive and easy to use. Davids communication was great, he was so helpful. Cool box really good quality, kept ice frozen. Bed really comfortable. Pull out kitchen was really good, stove very powerful and good quality. We look forward to booking Hugo again and enjoying more of NSW.

The caravan was great for family. Kristie supplied everything we needed, she set up and packed up the caravan. It was pretty seamless.

We hired the van to assist us decide if we want to buy one. Very much enjoyed our time Communication was excellent and we felt supported Had issues with shower head that would not stay in place but fixed that with ties. Only suggestion would be upgrade on crockery and some wine/beer glasses Otherwise we had a great experience

What a treat! Everything you need. Set up was amazing, Tim delivered to Glenmore Valley exactly as promised, when we arrived, the awning was out, floor map pegged and a welcome doormat, ready for our arrival. Tables and chairs all put put ready for use. Beds are comfy and it was so lovely and clean. It has all the saucepans, crockery and cutlery you need. The Weber was a great addition and the envy of our fellow campers! Communication fantastic and it really made our weekend. Thoroughly recommend. Will book again! Thanks Tim & Jess.

We had a great time in Katrinas van everything functioned perfectly. Excellent communication and set up was very smooth. They left us extra water and gas, great cooking equipment, a terrific annex which was great in the rain and it was spotlessly cleaned. I will definitely want to use this van again.

We had the best family getaway in the van. Alissa and Dave were super helpful and amazing to communicate with. The van is extremely comfortable and fit the 5 of us perfectly. Super clean and a breeze to set up and pack down. Looking forward to the next adventure.

This was our first experience hiring a van and it couldnt have been more perfect! John and Kelly presented a very clean and tidy van with all the bells and whistles. It was very comfortable. We look forward to doing this again sometime.
