Great van. Robyn was amazing to deal with

The Nomad Retreat was a fantastic caravan to hire for a long weekend in Albany. It towed beautifully and was a pleasure to travel with. As a solo traveller, I found there was more than enough space and all the comforts I needed for a relaxing trip. Kane was excellent to deal with throughout the process, providing clear and prompt communication from start to finish. I would happily recommend both the van and the service to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway.

Aye was great to deal with very accommodating with helping to drop of to my hotel for a delivery fee which saved me having to cart all my luggage in an uber. When I decided to extend my trip was an easy process and Aye was more then happy to help. Van had everything you needed got the lined supplied as an extra and was perfect. I would recommend some more cups instead of using mugs they may have been in there i probably didnt look good enough. The best part was the aircon can run off grid this was the best part in my eyes !! I would deffently hire again if and when I come back to the NT.

Always a pleasure hiring this van, it's the perfect set up with everything needed to make a holiday easy and comfortable. To make it even smother Meagan and Brodie are so helpful with delivery/pick up times and set up and pack up.

The holiday was fantastic. Kevin was communicative from the start, giving a detailed handover and responding to queries along the way. We had a really good time and the van was well equipped. Nothing could have been done about the weather upon our return but even then Kevin was really good when I returned the van. Will be coming back to Kevin for our next rental adventure!

I have to be honest. Having rented 3 campervans now, this was probably my least favourite. Having said that, OnlyVans were the best company Ive dealt with, super nice, relaxed, and very easy transaction. The van is just missing things, a long with some TLC. In 12 days we still didnt know how to open the van fully, when you try to lock/open it, only some of the doors lock/open so if we had a lapse in concentration on any of our days, wed of potentially lost some of our belongings due to it not locking properly with the key. The seal on the door is broke, not only does it let water in (luckily it only rained on the last night) the seal comes off everytime you use the cooker. That needs fixing, along with some new wiper blades and the handbrake, as you will roll on any slight incline. The speedometer is in an awkward place in the centre which cant be helped, but is somewhat difficult to see how fast youre going, along with fuel levels. A dust pan and brush would be really handy too, sponge and fairly liquid, things youd naturally expect a camper to have. On the plus side the van is very easy to use, the bed is a little tight, but comfy. Water tank and charging is great along with unlimited kms. It served us well in the grand scheme of things, just needs some love. Overall I would rate the van a 8/10. I would rent from only vans again, just a different vehicle :)

Loved Matt's Opus 4, highly reccommend. Even though our trip was not during the kindess of weather, we were comfy and warm regardless. Matt was extremely helpfull with set up and operation of the camper.

Our family of 5 had a great 3 night stay in Dex and Amandas van. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Dex and Amanda were also lovely to communicate with. Wed definitely book this van again!

Great! We had a amazing first experience in a van

This is a great little van that we could easily tow with our VW Tiguan. Everything worked perfectly. We were off-grid for 3 days and the batteries held up well, as did the water supply. Ed was very good at communicating, getting back within minutes on a couple of occasions. I would thoroughly recommend this van.

Great weekend away with the van holding up amazingly well in some terrible weather. Family enjoyed the convenience of the on-board shower and staying warm.

Caravan was great for our young family 4 with everything we needed for our trip! Chris was fantastic to deal with especially with delivery and an early collection due to torrential rain out of anyones control.

Laura was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and everything she described about the van was completely accurate. The van was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and honestly even better than we expected. Its a beautiful van with everything you need for a comfortable trip. My wife and I spent 12 months travelling around Australia in a van very similar to this one, so we have a good understanding of what makes a great campervan. This van was every bit as good as our own setup and was a pleasure to travel in. I wouldnt hesitate to hire from Laura again and highly recommend both her and the van to anyone looking for a quality campervan experience.

Whilst the weather was sub par, the van was not. Great communication and very accomodating with pickup/dropoff. Would definitely hire from James and Vinnie again.
