Had a great trip away, easy set up and pack up! Great setup!

The ute was fantastic! It was easy to drive and very powerful. The queen sized bed was super comfy. Every was supplied (except linens). Craig organized all the supplies wonderfully and communicated everything. I am glad I took a video of most of his 30 minute demonstration of how to use all the that is supplied. I hope to rent this amazing ute again.

Always a pleasure dealing with Pete and the van is always immaculate with everything you need. Hand over and communication is always easy and pleasant.

Ashley was great and got back to us quickly in relation to the initial booking and the subsequent questions we had. He was happy to accommodate our particular pickup and drop off needs which we really appreciated. The van was spotless and fully equipped for both on and off the grid lay overs. It's just the right size. Easy to drive, easy to park, offered excellent accommodation and a very comfort bed. Ashley and the van made our short holiday a memorable one. I would highly recommend the Hotel Windsor to anyone thinking of hiring a motorhome.

It was awesome using the van. It was clean and perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend whoever intends to book the van. I wished our stay was a little bit longer.

Yes it is a good van and as per description. We did experience overnight rain and the van was leaking on the main bed. That was not a good experience with no warning of the issue. I explained this to the owner and he didn't appear to know about the issue. I was able to slow the leak down by placing a towel close to the leak source which is where the pop up roof connects to the main van chasis. I sent the owner a photo of the leak source which is not possible to see with the pop top down. Regarding the booking experience, I didn't like how Camplify forced me to pay for the full amount for the van without having a chance to communicate with the owner when seeking to book the van. Usually Camplify lets you book the van, communicate with the owner and then have about a week to pay a deposit to secure the booking. This booking just took the full amount straight away with little or no warning. Not a good booking experience Camplify. Beside the poor booking experience from Camplify, the van was generally good.

The bed is so comfortable you can barely call it camping. Everything is well thought out and laid out and the number of extras is amazing - wood cutting gear, everything you need to cook and eat with and even surface spray and paper towel. Communication and help was amazing. We will definitely use again

We had a fantastic holiday in Jinny. Nigel was fantastic to deal with and very accomodating.6 star rating for Nigel and Jinny. It was a delight to deal with these guys.
