Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Despite the bad weather had a wonderful time in the Black Pearl. She performed perfectly for the entire trip. Iain had great communication and was easy to deal with. A perfect van to hire.

We had such a wonderful family holiday in the Black Pearl. Iain provided excellent service and communication. The van was dropped off, set up and taken away. It was so easy. We can not wait to book the Black Pearl again.
