Call me on 0405824626 for more info. The Britstop' ;Family' Motorhome is a one and only and is for hire to family groups or groups of middle aged to elderly couples only. I can deliver it and set it up anywhere accessible in Wollongong area NSW (we are located 1 hour south of Sydney), It can be used as stationary accommodation only! Driveways/Gardens/Farms/Camp sites/Caravan parks etc etc. Anywhere with a mains power point to plug in to or rough it unplugged with headtorches! It is an original 1950 built London Double Decker Leyland Titan Bus, that served in London Transport from 1950 to 1969, the year I was born. My wife and I shipped it to Sydney in 2001 and used it as a private hire party and events bus for 13 years. Last year we converted it, with the help of professionals, into a 6 (or 8 including 2 extra small beds on lower deck for kids) bed motorhome complete with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area on both decks (the 2 lower deck lounges can be kids beds) 6 beds on the top deck consisting of a double bed and 4 bunk beds, curtains and 2 chests of drawers with hanging wardrobe space. You must supply your own bedding and/or sleeping bags, pillows and cases, linen, towels and tea towels. There is also loads of storage under the 2 lower bunk beds, . Power is from mains plug in on sites and we have power points all over both decks on 2 circuits, left side and right side of both bus decks. We also have on board curtains in sleeping areas, books, board games, hot water bottles, heater and all basic kitchen plug in appliances like large fridge, toaster, kettle, bbq grille, microwave oven, frying pan, sandwich maker, cooling fans, portable air con unit, plates, cups, glasses, utensils and cutlery. Outdoor furniture is a camping kithen table with shelves. The bus has a little camp type flushing chemical toilet for night time emergencies and a kitchen sink, however we have no other toilet or bathroom facility on board so you use the facilities at the site or place you stay. Lighting is plug in lamps. Use the amenities at camp sites and caravan parks or friends houses! I can deliver the bus and set it up anywhere accessible and legal, within Wollongong NSW. We have a travel surcharge for delivering the bus based on a '$2.00 per km' basis. Price on application. Nightly hire price does not include any camping fees. You need to book and organise a site before you book the bus. I can help you with possible locations. They obviously need to be legal and accessible for the bus. You can save heaps by staying and 'plugging in' at a friends place!!! We have stayed in Gardens, Farms, Driveways, National Park sites, beaches, and of course, loads of camp sites and caravan parks to name a few. The bus, having been built in 1949 and having done millions of KM's, is no show pony and is rough around the edges and quirky. However, it is an awesome basic motorhome with the basic needs, clean, tidy, professionaly converted, very comfortable and most of all it's a genuine, original and unique Leyland Titan RTL PD2 London Transport Double Decker and we hown a house in London that it used to drive past on one of it's many routes including the famous number 19 tourist areas. We absolutely love it like it's a part of the family and we want to share the love! Prices are negotiable.

Hiring rules

• Pets on rear platform only. No destructive pets. No 'Bucks' or young 'male only' or young 'mixed gender' groups except familes! This bus is 68 years old and very quirky therefore I deliver the bus to an agreed site/house/place for you to use as a stationary motorhome within 100 km's radius of Sydney. The bus runs on mains power so you simply plug in at a site/house/park/farm etc or you can 'go bush' if you want to rough it. There are no bathroom/shower/toilet facilities on board so you use the sites facilities. There is a travel/delivery surcharge calculated on application depending on the hire location, this is on top of the hire fee. The nightly hire price does not include the site fees. I will set it all up and do a walk through talk through of the bus, on the first day of hire with you to show you what's on board, the set up and how everything works. The drivers cabin is then locked and secured before I leave so the bus cannot be moved or driven. I then come back on the last day of hire to do a final handover and either re locate her or bring her home! We have a $500.00 cash bond payable on day 1, for any damages, unreasonable mess and or loss/damage to equipment. Obviously, with the bus being a classic, we would place a lot of trust in you to look after her whilst hiring and secure her when leaving the site areas.
