Hiring rules
- Pick up the motorhome from 7 am.
- Drop off of motorhome before 5 pm. Please advise late returns may incur a fee.
- Please do not go above 100km/hr for your safety
- Off road use and unsealed roads are prohibited
- Please return the van in the same condition it was taken (excessive cleaning will incur up to a $200.00 fee)
- Please ensure the toilet cassette is emptied and cleaned (a $100.00 fee will be assessed if not clean)
- No smoking inside or near the motorhome.
- Please ensure that you pay your deposit within 48 hours of the booking being approved to ensure your booking is not cancelled to reopen the dates for other hirers.
- Full tank of diesel required upon return, any additional gas refills are the hirers responsibility.
- 300km/day limit, averaged over the course of your booking. Excess kilometres will be charged at $1.00/km at the end of your booking.
- ⚠️ Please report any and all damage immediately. I'm reasonable and we can work together to make sure you can continue your adventure safely and any costs associated with the damage are limited.
- 🆘 EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on (02) 4075 2000 and select option 4 for roadside. Then call me!

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
