Here's a list of things to double check, to make your trip a success: Equipment and features: - Check what's included, such as chairs, tables, kitchen appliances, utensils, bedding, and towels. Safety and Maintenance - Vehicle condition: Inspect the motorhome before hiring, noting any damage or issues. Safety equipment: -Ensure the motorhome is equipped with necessary safety items, such as a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and smoke detector, all included in the van. Maintenance responsibilities: - Understand your responsibilities regarding fuel, oil, and water levels, as well as any required maintenance checks. Cleaning responsibilities: - in any case the van must be returned in reasonable clean condition both inside and outside. - as a minimum requirement the front passenger windows and from windscreen of the van must be cleaned inside and outside using two different cloths and a reasonable glass cleaning product. Cloth and glass cleaning product have been provided as part of the cleaning equipment Additional Costs - Fuel costs: Estimate fuel expenses based on your itinerary and the motorhome's fuel efficiency. - Campsite fees: Research campsite costs and booking requirements. - Additional equipment: Consider costs for additional equipment, such as bike racks, generators

Hiring rules

• No smoking: Prohibit smoking inside the motorhome to prevent damage and odors.
• No pets (or specific pet rules):
• Parking and storage: guidelines for safe parking and storage of the motorhome when not in use include;
• 1. Level surface: Park the motorhome on a level, firm surface to prevent tire damage or uneven weight distribution.
• 2. Avoid soft ground: Avoid parking on soft or uneven ground, such as grass or sand, which can cause the motorhome to sink or become stuck. Use the equipment provided.
• 3. Clearance: Ensure there is sufficient clearance around the motorhome for easy exit and entry.
• 4. Security: Park in a secure, welllit area, preferably with CCTV surveillance.
• 5. Avoid obstructing traffic: Park in a way that does not obstruct traffic or pedestrian paths.
• 6. Park away from busy roads to ensure passing traffic cannot contact the wide body of the motorhome
• Offgrid usage: The motorhome can be used offgrid (e.g., boondocking) Boondocking is camping outside of designated campgrounds, often on public land. It's also known as dispersed camping.
• Tips for boondocking
• Follow the "Leave No Trace" principles
• Find good campsites, don't make them
• Check with the managing agency for more information
• Guidelines for generator usage are as per local council bylaws or campsite regulations
• Towing: No towing trailers or other vehicles.
• Number of occupants: The number of people allowed to sleep in the motorhome is linited to 6. This includes a maximum of 4 adults and 0 children or 2 adults and a maximum of 4 children under 12
• No subletting: Renters are prohibited from subletting the motorhome to others.
• No commercial use: The motorhome's use is restricted to personal, noncommercial purposes.

  This van was 5 star! Has everything I need and more. The little extras were so handy - eg the air fryer, and extra fans all made our stay so comfy. The van itself drove easily - we loved it. Thanks Rich for making it all so easy. I will definitely use this van again

  Thank you for the rental RichWe really enjoyed the motorhome. I didnt realise that it came with all the essentials required to cook, clean, be comfortable. The storage space was more than we expected when compared to past rentals. The motorhome has everything a person may need for a trip. Handover was very informative. Rich also made himself available to contact whenever we had any questions during our trip. All of my friends were pretty jealous that all we had to do was load our luggage and drive off. The 14 and 16yo said the above-cabin bed had more than enough room for them both. Again, thanks for the great motorhome and the great service!
