• 🚐 Bella Ciao Motorhome – Hiring Rules & Info
• We want your getaway to be smooth and stressfree, so here’s everything you need to know before and during your hire:
• 🚭 No Smoking Inside the Motorhome
• Strictly no smoking inside, please.
• 📍 Delivery Available
• We’re happy to deliver Bella within a 75 km radius of our location.
• Delivery is charged at $2.00 per km (each way) or $3.00 if delivered and set up is required.
• If you're outside this range, feel free to get in touch — we’ll see what we can arrange!
• 🚗 Leave Your Car with Us
• You’re welcome to leave your car at our place — we have a dedicated parking area just for motorhome clients.
• 🧼 Cleaning Expectations
• Please return Bella Ciao in the same condition you received her:
• Interior clean and tidy
• Exterior washed
• You can use the car wash at Vasse Central (fits the motorhome’s 3.4m height). If using another location, please confirm it allows vehicles over 3.4m.
• 🐾 Pet Policy
• Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture.
• If pet hair is found on cushions or bedding, a $500.00 professional cleaning fee will apply.
• 🛣️ OffRoad Use
• Any travel on unsealed or offroad terrain must be approved by us prior to your trip.
• ⛽ Refuelling
• Return the motorhome with a full tank of diesel
• If we refill: $2.50 per litre
• If you selected the generator package, both the generator and spare fuel tank must be filled with unleaded petrol
• If we refill: $2.50 per litre
• 🛠️ Damage or Issues
• Please report any damage immediately so we can arrange repairs quickly and minimise delays for the next guest.
• ✅ Before You Return the Motorhome
• To avoid additional cleaning charges, please make sure to:
• Wash and put away all dishes
• Wipe down sink, benches, and kitchen surfaces
• Clean the bathroom (shower, walls, sink, toilet)
• Clean the BBQ if used ($50.00 extra fee for bbq cleaning)
• Empty the toilet cassette at a black water dump point
• Add 1L of water and toilet chemicals (provided)
• If there’s any overflow, please clean it (gloves provided)
• Sweep and mop all floors, including the bathroom
