We had such a great trip away exploring the Southwest region. Bella Ciao was easy to drive and park up at the various forest and lakeside areas. We had everything we needed to make our getaway a fun and memorable holiday! 5 Stars

It's definitely not luxury. Van is worn out. Constant annoying noise coming out of the dashboard while driving. All fly screens were broken. Doesn't have enough sleeping space for 6 people. Disappointing experience.

Hi Tomas, Thanks for your feedback. Im sorry to hear the trip didnt meet your expectations. We take pride in maintaining the motorhome to a high standard and regularly invest in upgrades for our guests. Over the past year we have installed a new air conditioner and replaced all bed linen, towels, crockery and cutlery to keep the van comfortable and beautifully presented. The flyscreen door had unfortunately been damaged by a previous renter and a replacement had already been ordered prior to your trip, which was communicated before departure. In terms of sleeping capacity, the motorhome is configured with three double beds and comfortably accommodates up to six people, which many previous guests have travelled with without issue. We were also unable to identify the dashboard noise mentioned when the vehicle was returned or during our subsequent checks, but we always investigate feedback carefully. We appreciate all feedback and will continue maintaining and improving the motorhome so guests can enjoy exploring the Southwest.

Thank You Viviana! It was Perfect! We really enjoyed the Van. Everything inside the van was fun and convenient for us. We Cooked, ate, shower, toilet and slept really well. The owner was really efficient in communication. We definitely recommend Viviana's Van! Can't wait until hiring this Van again next holiday!

We had a great time in this Van, 2 adults and one kid, communication pick up and drop off were super easy and it met our needs for the 4 day trip we had. Would hire again. Large fridge and good aircon were definite pluses and the beds were comfy.

Everything you need is provided. Ben sent a video of how to operate the extras provided with the van. Ben and Vivana were really helpful and friendly. Thanks guys. Recommend them

Was set up for easy travelling. Drove really well and Michelle was fantastic if we needed any info about the van on the road.
