Hiring rules

  • Vehicle is not to be used on any unsealed roads.
  • Smoking is not permitted in or around the vehicle.
  • Minimum age of hirer to be 30 or older.
  • Toilet to be emptied prior to return fee's apply.
  • Mileage rules: Included in the daily rate is an average of 200 km's per day (eg .hire for 5 days then 1,000 klms is included) any extra km a charge of $0.50 per km applies.
  • Return with a FULL tank of diesel. All hires include a full tank on departure.
  • Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We took Winnie on a 10day road trip from Perth to Exmouth as novice campers, travelling over from NSW. The van had everything as described, and then some, needed for the trip. It was very comfortable, clean and quite spacious with the expandable section in the centre. Paul was extremely accommodating from the moment we had booked. He picked us up from Perth airport and gave us a thorough handover before we set off. He was always just a phone call away, and was always friendly & happy to assist. He also gave us some great tips for places to visit. As first time campers, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip, thanks to everything Winnie had to offer and Pauls' expertise & knowledge. We would definitely hire Winnie again if heading back to WA, and highly recommend Paul & Winnie for your adventure.

    We had a great time travelling in van for 4 weeks , it was very roomy , easy to drive and the bed was so comfy , the van was fully equipped with all we needed , and Paul provided us with some extras . Paul was such a great host , going beyond our expectation Would highly recommend winny for a getaway
