Hiring rules
- The tow vehicle must have a minimum braked towing capacity of 1500kgs.
- In the event of any damage, it is crucial to report it immediately, providing details of witnesses, the incident, location and time of occurrence.
- NO SMOKING inside the camper, a penalty of $200.00 will apply.
- Prior approval from the owner is required for offroad travel and dirt tracks.
- Small to medium sized pets are OK. We have a border collie and he travels with us, but please be respectful of the van. Do not let your pet chew or damage the van or any of its inclusions. Damage must be paid for.
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises reduces risk of storm damage (Replacement value can be up to $3,000.00).
- The camper should be returned in the same condition as it was when rented. Failure to do so will incur cleaning charges, in addition to the rental price.
- Pickup times are flexible and will be agreed upon beforehand.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
