Hiring rules

• 🆘 EMERGENCY If you hear any unusual sounds or have have concerns pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• 💦No Free Camping.
• 💦No Candles of any description are to be lit or used within this van
• 💦Off Road Use Hirer MUST PreApproved for Off Road and Itenery supplied.
• 💦Min 3 Day Hire & 5 Days during Peak Periods (School and Public Holidays)
• 💦Dates are not secured until booking has been paid for in full.
• 💦Failure to empty and clean the toilet cassette will incur a cleaning fee of $250.00
• 💦The Awning MUST NOT be extended, remain out / extended or unattended in windy gusty conditions.
• 🚭No Smoking in or near the van (totally Prohibited)
• Please report any damage no matter how minor.
• 🔥IT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS HIRED OUT IN, with the exception of general minor wear and tear. Pretty Fair Otherwise a $250.00 clean fee may be charged🔥
• NO OFF ROAD TRAVEL. (Unless Prior Approval)
• NO ANIMAL / PETS ON THE LOUNGE / BEDDING AREAS.
• WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
• The fee is a small contribution towards our costs of each hire including things like; kitchen consumables, bathroom consumables, gas, prehandover clean and safety check. The service fee doesn't cover things like mud, sand or salt nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior & exterior), you can opt to pay the $100.00 'clean the van for me' option or the $250.00 option 'clean the van for me including toilet'.
• We will deliver the van up to 2000km.
• We have set delivery fees that include delivery and pick up, cost of fuel, Time, set up and pack down of the van as well as a comprehensive briefing of the caravan (particularly if this is your first time using a caravan).

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Great caravan overall clean, comfortable, and easy to use. Everything worked well and it made for a great trip. The only minor issues were the door not shutting properly and the shower head being too loose to stay in place. Other than that, we were very happy and would hire again

  Well what can I say other then Chris and his team are an amazing crew with a great business model and so down to earth its hard to believe. We broke down in a very precarious spot as our 4x4 engine failed with 3 kids under 3 on board, it was 4:50pm with no reception and once we got reception no local tilt tray could help us. Amazingly I rang Chris and that night he and his mechanic drove out 2 cars one too pick my partner and kids up and one for myself and the van. They went so far above and beyond for my family and our van experience that I quite likely won't ever buy my own van as this business just makes sense and is run by great people.
