Please ensure the towing vehicle is capable of towing 2.0 ton Capacity. Please note: The Caravan should be returned in the same condition it was given. We do charge a cleaning fee if the bathroom and toilet are not returned clean. Please ask us how to use the Thetford cassette c200 toilet, if you do plan on using it. Most caravan parks will have a dumping point and wash-down area.

• HIRE RULES:
• Please ensure that you pay your deposit within 48 hours of the booking being approved to ensure your booking is not cancelled to reopen the dates for other hirers.
• You will need to be available for a 30minute handover upon pickup of the caravan.
• Pick up the caravan from 7 am.
• Drop off of motorhome before 5 pm. Please advise late returns may incur a fee.
• Please do not go above 100km/hr for your safety
• Offroad use and unsealed roads are prohibited under Camplify rules
• Please return the caravan in the same condition it was taken (excessive cleaning will incur up to a $100.00 fee)
• Please ensure the toilet cassette is emptied and cleaned (a $150.00 fee will be assessed if not cleaned)
• No smoking inside or near the caravan.
• Delivery is charged per km in the “Relocation Fee”
• ⚠️ Please report any and all damage immediately. I'm reasonable and we can work together to make sure you can continue your adventure safely and any costs associated with the damage are limited.
• 🆘 EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!

  First time towing. Martin was very friendly and helpful. The van was easy to tow, and everything worked ok. I would recommend for first time towing. The van has everything you need, so thats very helpful for beginners. The only issue we had was a leak from the shower into the van and a small leak in one of the windows. Reported this to Martin who said he would resolve.
