It is really that easy as pulling up to your spot and just a touch of a button you’re all set up. "The Oz Tourer" is built for all seasons, from hot to cold and will make the best memories with you and your family. My husband and I thrive to make new memories everywhere we go, and I hope we can provide that for you too. It is easy and light to tow considering its size. It definitely does not feel like you’re towing such a big rig. It is incredibly easy to reverse as well. With the 1 slide outs (bedroom) it becomes very spacious. With this feature it is like a home away from home. Living comfortably without stepping on each other's toes. It also has an ensuite so no need to go to public amenities. =)

  • Caravan Hire Rules & Key Information
  • Thank you for choosing to hire our caravan. To help ensure a safe, smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take note of the following important points:
  • Return Condition:
  • The caravan must be returned in the same condition it was received, unless a cleaning fee has been paid in advance. Please note that the cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include heavyduty or professional cleaning.
  • Linen:
  • You are not required to wash the provided linen.
  • Driving Restrictions:
  • Strictly no offroad travel, no beach driving, no extended gravel road use, and no smoking inside the caravan.
  • Written approval is required for any travel on unsealed roads. Approving the booking does not constitute approval for offroad travel. It is the hirer’s responsibility to research and understand the route they intend to take.
  • Storage Inside the Caravan:
  • Only soft items such as luggage and bedding are to be stored inside the caravan. Please do not store large or heavy items such as bikes or fridges inside. Contact us if you’re unsure about any items.
  • PickUp & DropOff Times:
  • We aim to be flexible with pickup and return times, and are happy to agree on a time that works best for both parties.
  • Insurance:
  • Please familiarise yourself with the insurance terms, conditions, and exclusions that apply to your hire.
  • Damage & Repairs:
  • Any damage must be reported immediately. Please do not attempt any repairs yourself unless written approval has been provided. This helps ensure all work is carried out correctly and insurance remains valid.
  • Emergency Procedures:
  • If you experience any issues with towing, pull over safely and immediately.
  • In the event of an accident:
  • Move to safety and off the road if possible.
  • Call Camplify on 1300 416 133 – they will organise assistance via NRMA.
  • Contact us as soon as possible.
  • Driver Requirements:
  • All drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a lovely family road trip in the Oz Tourer. The caravan is so well-equipped and has all the amenities you could ever need. Shes a big girl and makes her presence known. Jade was really kind and communicated well. We will definitely hire again b
