• Caravan Hire Rules & Key Information
• Thank you for choosing to hire our caravan. To help ensure a safe, smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take note of the following important points:
• Return Condition:
• The caravan must be returned in the same condition it was received, unless a cleaning fee has been paid in advance. Please note that the cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include heavyduty or professional cleaning.
• Linen:
• You are not required to wash the provided linen.
• Driving Restrictions:
• Strictly no offroad travel, no beach driving, no extended gravel road use, and no smoking inside the caravan.
• Written approval is required for any travel on unsealed roads. Approving the booking does not constitute approval for offroad travel. It is the hirer’s responsibility to research and understand the route they intend to take.
• Storage Inside the Caravan:
• Only soft items such as luggage and bedding are to be stored inside the caravan. Please do not store large or heavy items such as bikes or fridges inside. Contact us if you’re unsure about any items.
• PickUp & DropOff Times:
• We aim to be flexible with pickup and return times, and are happy to agree on a time that works best for both parties.
• Insurance:
• Please familiarise yourself with the insurance terms, conditions, and exclusions that apply to your hire.
• Damage & Repairs:
• Any damage must be reported immediately. Please do not attempt any repairs yourself unless written approval has been provided. This helps ensure all work is carried out correctly and insurance remains valid.
• Emergency Procedures:
• If you experience any issues with towing, pull over safely and immediately.
• In the event of an accident:
• Move to safety and off the road if possible.
• Call Camplify on 1300 416 133 – they will organise assistance via NRMA.
• Contact us as soon as possible.
• Driver Requirements:
• All drivers must be at least 25 years of age.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Great holiday. Van made touring the Murray river fun, and I know our dogs loved it too.

  After travelling 13 hours to our destination we had to wait over three hours sat outside in the cold, early evening waiting to gain access We were given basic information and told the hot water switch was a bit dodgy and would need re setting as it kept flicking off Constantly we had no hot water the whole time we were there The owner of the van was obsessed with how clean it needed to be when we left, pointing out where addition cleaning product were and the vacuume cleaner They then wanted to add on an additional charge for emptying the toilet cassette which was only used a couple of times Probably should have advertised this van as a virtual experience Users beware

  Had a blast being away in the van . Jade and Kathleen were there to help straight away when we encountered a few issues. Definitely recommend
