Hiring rules
- No smoking allowed inside.
- Awning will not be used if high winds forecast.
- Outdoor kitchen must be put back in place overnight.
- Toilet must always be dumped in a dump sight and cleaned before checkout. Please only use the toilet for urine.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
