Hiring rules
- No offroad trips. Place lock on tow bar when you detach the car. No smoking inside. Cook, eat and clean outside the caravan as much as possible. The sink inside should mostly be used for simple water needs such as washing hands and brushing teeth. Turn heater off before you sleep. Close side sliding window when raining.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Handover was quick and easy. Jo took me through everything I needed to know and was readily available for any extra questions I had. A very friendly and easy experience.
