Hiring rules
- No smoking in caravan
- Please treat the van like it is your own, with care and respect
- Van must be cleaned inside and out prior to return
- Up to $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged if van is not cleaned on return
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
