Hiring rules
- Van must be returned in good clean condition
- Toilet must be emptied and cleaned a fee of $100.00 will be charged if not emptied
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Twinkle 5.0Had a great time. The caravan was clean, delivery and set up was a breeze. Perfect for a family holiday. Shelley and Ross was great with clearing all the questions and also threw in coffee maker for us use - really appreciated that. Only feedback is to include pillows as part of the hire or add it in the exclusions - hope this helps.

Daryl 5.0Comfortable van. The external bbq that the family offered was excellent to keep smoke/oil/smoke out of the caravan. The main bed is on the softer side; partner and I ended up sleeping on the kids bunks (fits us snug at 5'7-8, max) Toilets were clean! Didn't use the TV. Definitely recommend for others in the future!
