The annexe and electric appliances (kettle, toaster, microwave and small heater) can be provided on request for no extra charge.
You will need an electric brake controller in order to tow the van as it is above 750kg. If this is an issue, we may be able to tow and set up the van for you if you are not going too far away.
We generally allow (providing there isn't another booking) for the van to be picked up the night before your booking at no extra cost to give you time to pack and get an early start to your trip. Also, we are quite flexible on time for returning the van.

We had a wonderful time in Hazel - our first experience in a pop-up style camper trailer. She is very well stocked and has everything you need. Jenny and Steven were extremely friendly and helpful. Our kids had a ball and can't wait to go camping again. We would have no hesitation in hiring Hazel again in the future.
