Oasis is our manual, Super Long Wheel Base Toyota Hiace that’s easy to drive (for experienced manual drivers), with a reversing camera for trouble-free parking. It’s custom-built, so we’ve done all the thinking for you. You just have to concentrate on the road - and the good times ahead! Hiring rules

• Hirers must be 25 or older & experienced at driving manual.
• BEFORE DRIVING Check the exhaust fan is closed and everything is secure.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard or you have any mechanical issues, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads.
• NO Smoking inside or near the van.
• AWNING: Must be rolled up at the first sign of any change in weather eg. wind & rain.
• CLEANING Please return the van in a clean condition, put things back where you got them & discard your rubbish. Excessive cleaning will incur a fee of $100.00.
• HEIGHT: Van is 2.7m high. BEWARE of shopping centres, car parks and McDonald drivethroughs as the van won't fit!
• FUEL: Please return the van with a full tank of UNLEADED PETROL (95 or above). Please DO NOT fill up with e10 or Ethanol fuel as this causes damage. Please leave your fuel receipt in the van.
• TOLLS: Charges will be recovered from your bond on completion of your hire, or bring your own eTag.
• NO smoking or naked flames in the van.
• NO pets.
• NO cooking inside the van.
• NO festivals or parties.
• NO children.
• Daytime driving only.
• DISTANCE Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200kms per day averaged out across the hiring period. After that, there will be a 30cent charge per kilometre at the completion of the trip from your bond. This is to prevent damage and maintain a great vehicle.
• CHECKIN & CHECKOUT: We are flexible with pickup / dropoff times and can arrange a time based on what works best for both of us.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  My partner and I just hired Oasis for three glorious weeks as we road tripped from Terrigal to Byron Bay via Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Illuka, and Ballina. We are absolute van converts!! Av and Mike were the perfect hosts! The handover was seamless and friendly and Av was on hand to answer any questions we had during the trip. The van has been kitted out beautifully with the comfiest mattress in the world, great storage, and a lovely kitchenette set up. We wanted for nothing! If you are up for a wonderful adventure, we couldnt recommend Nirvana Campers enough! Go for it!!

  This van was the perfect little sanctuary for our getaway. Cosy and warm. Thankfully it didn't rain too heavily, so using the kitchen was convenient enough. The muck mat helped collect most of the damp grass off our shoes before we got in. The fairy lights were lovely when we only wanted subtle indoor lighting. The pantry stocked with all the basics was really helpful and made our getaway much easier. We had plenty of pots and pans. Gas cooker is easy to use and suited two of us well. Fuel consumption: We travelled approx 90km including pick up and drop off of van and used around 11L of fuel. The little exhaust fan ans the sirocco fan helped keep us comfortable in the van overnight/when it got a little hotter during the day. Pick up and return was easy as the times were flexible enough to suit our needs. Communication was very friendly and helpful. We would definetly hire from Mike and Avalon again.
