Before your trip: ✅ Please review the daily kilometre allowance for your chosen vehicle. ✅ If you’re travelling with an overseas licence, remember to bring your passport for pick-up. ✅ Double-check your flight ticket and if you are arriving/departing from Hobart or Launceston Airport. ✅ Review the insurance options available on Camplify to make sure you’re well covered. ✅ Tasmania National Park Pass: A valid Parks Pass is required to enter Tasmania’s 19 national parks. Travellers can buy it online through the official Parks & Wildlife Service website: parks.tas.gov.au/park-passes. Passes are also available at visitor centres, Service Tasmania, and authorised resellers.

Hiring rules

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the van.
• A daily allowance of 175 km is included in the hire (averaged over the trip). Extra kilometers are charged at 50c per km.
• The van must be returned with the same fuel level as at collection.
• Avoid driving between dusk and dawn to protect Tasmanian wildlife.
• Report injured wildlife to: Bonorong Wildlife Rescue: 0447 264 625 & Raptor Refuge: 1800 727 867
• Any traffic or parking infringements incurred during the hire are your responsibility and we will Statuary Declared that to you including a $50.00 admin fee.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  This was the perfect van. Gloria is compact and easy to drive. The camp kitchen had everything I needed. Comfortable bed. It really made my trip fabulous. Parry is lovely, responsive, a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Gloria (and Parry)

  Parry was a gentleman to deal with , his communication was 100% and he was there to answer all of my questions. The van I chose was well stocked and fitted out excellently. I will definitely be using Parry again, I could not fault one thing. I would highly recommend using Parry for your trip around Tassie if you want a seamless and supported journey.

  The van was exactly what we were looking for! It is a great fair weather camper providing a comfortable bed, plentiful storage, and a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, pots/pans, bowls/plates, utensils, and sink). I would warn other campers that if you plan to use it in more inclement weather you should chose a different van with more coverage as you will need to cook/clean outside. The only change I would like to see in the van would be better curtains to obscure the inside at night and block the sun in the morning. All in all it suited us well for a 5-day road trip around Tassie, and Parry was an excellent communicator and host. Would recommend!

  The campervan was clean and stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and to be comfortable, even in chillier weather up in the mountains. There were lots of helpful pamphlets for things to do in different areas, and a book detailing the features of the camper we found helpful. There were lots of extras for cooking, (oil, spices, coffee) cleaning (dish soap, scrubber, cloths) and safety (first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket). The fridge worked great and there was plenty of storage for our suitcase, backpacks, and groceries too. The van had some USB ports for easy access to charging our devices in the back! Our hosts were kind, responsive, and helpful with any questions we had. We reached out one morning mid-way through our trip and got an answer right away. They also gave us great recommendations, including food in the area that we went to again, and again! We couldnt have asked for better hosts. We felt comfortable, safe, and would definitely repeat this experience. We hope to someday! We had a great trip and highly recommend.
