Hiring rules

• Small and mediumsized dogs are allowed. A $50.00 fee per booking will be charged for extra cleaning.
• No open flames in the van (candles etc)
• Sealed roads only.
• No OFF ROAD
• No festivals
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
• No smoking or vapping in the vehicle or under the awning. Will result in excess cleaning fees
• The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel, and grey/black water tanks emptied. Additionally, it must be returned in a clean condition, with dishes washed and put away, bench surfaces wiped down, and sand and dirt swept outside. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $200.00 being charged.
• If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe.
• If damage happens, you must report it immediately. The who, what, where and when will be required.
• Pick up / Drop off from 7am to 5pm (late return fee applies)
• A full inspection will be completed upon your return to ensure that no damage has occurred (this includes the van and also accessories provided) and everything is accounted for. To receive a full refund of your deposit, the van must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.
• Make sure to pay all tolls on time. We recommend using your own e Tag.
• If we receive an unpaid toll notice, then this will be sent on to you and extra fees will apply.
• Kilometer limits 200 kilometers per day are included in the booking price. You will be charged $0.50 per kilometer for any additional distance traveled beyond the total allowance. This is calculated within Camplify's pre and posthire checklist.

  We enjoyed the van very much. It had everything needed for a great weekend away. The owner was very helpful for advice and information. They helped sort out problems if any came up and we didnt have any more problems after that. Would recommend.

  We had the best trip in this home away from home, it was our first trip like this and the Van was clean and tidy and came with everything we needed. It felt like home with the decor and was really comfy. The deck on top was a highlight when we pulled into some great viewing spots. I would hire this van again and the owners were lovely and really accommodating to our schedule. Thanks for the memories Lorna & Sophie

  Very tidy van! Super cute and functional. Managed two days off grid by myself. Never driven a Diesel manual before but worked it out before I hit the open road. First time doing this for me and I loved it!! Single white female with a dog. LOL.
