Hiring rules

• 🚐 Please treat Navecita as if she were yours.
• 🕒 Pickup and dropoff on weekdays must be prearranged due to work commitments. No time restrictions on weekends. Please be aware that both pre and posthire checks can take up to an hour.
• 🛣️ You are not covered by insurance on unsealed roads, so please use asphalt roads only. No offroad, no beach driving, no extended gravel roads. The vehicle is not allowed into Karijini National Park. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of insurance coverage.
• 🚭 Strictly no smoking in the van.
• 💸 Fines incurred must be paid by the hirer.
• ⛽ Return full of UNLEADED PETROL. All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• 🛣️ Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 km per night. You will be charged 35c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance.
• ⏰ Late dropoff: A fee of $150.00 plus rent for each extra day will be applied.
• 🧼 The lessee is responsible for cleaning the inside and outside of the campervan and washing and drying the cooking equipment before the dropoff. The exterior of the van must be cleaned/washed. The interior of the van must be vacuumed/swept out (all sand/dirt removed). The bin must be emptied. The toilet must be emptied and cleaned. All dishes/kitchen utensils must be cleaned. Everything is to be put back where you found it.
• 🧽 Renters can request we clean the van for an additional fee of $99.00 for both the exterior and interior. If the cleaning fee isn’t selected upon booking and the van is returned dirty, the above charge will be taken from the deposit.
• 🚨 We understand accidents happen! Please report any damage to us as soon as you can, regardless of how minor. This will help us to have everything set up quickly for the next hirer.
• 🚦 If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. In an emergency, call Camplify at 1300 416 133, who will call the NRMA and arrange support for you.
• 🔒 The standard bond for all hires is held by Camplify.
• 🛡️ Comprehensive insurance and roadside assistance are included and managed by Camplify.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  Great little Van. Comfortable to drive. Had everything you needed. Little clunky getting everything in and out of the cupboards. The back curtain needs a few more magnets added as it does sometimes come down and tricky to put up.. Overall good experience.
