Hiring rules

• Look after the van as if it were your own, please return the van in a clean and tidy condition including wiping down all surfaces; and removing rubbish etc. If not a cleaning fee of $80.00 will be payable
• Any damage will be recovered from your bond at the end of the trip;
• Height is 2.5m won't fit in most shopping centres or car parks. Always check first
• NO smoking inside the van
• Sealed roads only. NO offroad, beach driving or gravel roads
• All drivers must be over 25 years old
• Van must be returned with a full tank of diesel fuel
• Toll charges recovered from bond on completion of hire (at no extra cost, or bring your own eTag)
• LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 kms per day with a maximum of 2,000 kms included per 14x day booking. Excess kilometres will be charged 25cents per kilometre at the completion of the trip from your bond. This is to prevent damage and maintain a great vehicle.
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had an amazing trip in Taylors van! Communication with Taylor was terrific and was very clear in hand-over and readily available to message while away as well. The van itself ran great and had no issues whatsoever. Fully kitted out with plenty amenities, the bed was very comfortable and the internal battery was great for powering the fridge the entire trip and fans while camped up in summer. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to find a van to road trip and camp up in remote areas for relaxation. 10/10 camper-van and host!

  We had an amazing experience with Bertha! The campervan was not only a reliable runner but also packed with all the essentials and more. It was perfect for our little family of three, with an incredibly comfortable spacious bed and plenty of storage space. Taylor made the handover process seamless with clear communication, making everything easy and straightforward. It was the ideal choice for our weekend getaway, and we only wished we could have enjoyed it for a longer period. We would absolutely rent from them again!
