Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Melissa 5.0The van was absolutely amazing, it had everything we needed and more, Miranda and Craig we extremely helpful, and the communication was outstanding .
Judy 5.0Very comfortable van, with all that we needed. Evetything we used was in working order. Craig was helpful in showing us the main workings when he delivered it. It would best suit kids under 170cm tall, it was no big deal but only just fit our 16yo in the bunks, having said that it wont deter us from hiring again
