Hiring rules
- This 2024 Crusader Family Van is only 18 months old and in brand new condition, so please use it and enjoy it but with the respect and care as if it's your own.
- Self tow's are upon application provided you have towing experience and a suitable tow vehicle. Alternatively, we can transport it to your chosen location, including setup and packdown.
- *No Smoking in or near the van. *No heavy corrugation or red dust roads without prior approval. *Return the van in the same cleaned condition as when it was received by you. *Please report any damage no matter how minor. *Drive to the conditions and don't speed. *Toilet and other cleaning charges apply, if not satisfactorily cleaned prior to its return (see below).
- WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
- The fee is a small contribution towards our costs of each hire including things like; kitchen consumables, bathroom consumables, linen, gas, prehandover clean and safety check. The service fee doesn't cover things like mud, sand or salt nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior & exterior), you can opt to pay the $99.00 'clean the van for me' option or the $199.00 option 'clean the van for me including toilet'. If you breach these simple house rules, the fees will be recovered from your bond.
- Minimum stays apply during peak periods. Rates vary as per the following:
- OFF PEAK RATE: $130.00/day (all dates excluding below)
- SHOULDER RATE: $140.00/day (1 week either side of school holidays)
- PEAK RATE: $150.00/day (school holidays, long weekends and events)
- ***Minimum 3 day bookings***
- ***Please note that extended self tow bookings attract the standard $199.00 'clean the van for me' fee. This is due to extra cleaning inside & out (bugs, road grime etc) as well as additional mechanical checks ***
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
