Additional information

Van only to be towed on road, in an area defined by Rockhampton in the North, Yamba in the South and West as far as Carnarvon Gorge. STRICTLY NO OFF ROAD USE. Alternatively we will deliver our van and set up anywhere between Bribie Island and Gympie, or in the Sunshine coast hinterland. Bookings for the Woodford Folk Festival and Gympie Muster will be accepted only on a minimum 6 day hire and experienced towing only due to the difficulty accessing the sites around these events. We unfortunately cannot offer delivery to these events.

Hiring rules

  • Hirer must empty toilet cassette before returning.
  • (A $30.00 fee will apply if toilet cassette not emptied and rinsed, not a difficult procedure will be explained as part of delivery)
  • Caravan to be returned clean and tidy as per delivery, fridge cleaned.
  • (A $50.00 cleaning fee will be applied if van is not returned clean and tidy.)
  • A standard fee of $80.00 each way is applied for setting up and dismantling the van for on site deliveries
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    A lovely stay. Peter had everything we needed provided in his van, and gave clear information and details about how to use the van. Its a lovely set up & We had a lovely stay- thanks Peter!

    Really nice people, easy to deal with. Supplied all linen at no cost. Comfortable bed. Also supplied some basics: detergent and cleaning products, sugar tea etc, outdoor table and chairs. Very happy with the van.
