Hiring rules
- The van comes with a full tank of fuel at the start of the hire and must be returned with a full tank of fuel.
- Kilometer allowance The first 400km of travel are included. Every km after that will be charged at $0.30/km
- No smoking in/around the van
- Van can be driven on dirt and unsealed roads.
- Van cannot be taken or driven on the beach or sand areas
- Van to be returned clean. i.e. rubbish removed, any spills etc wiped clean
- Ensure awning is stowed in windy conditions
- Report any damage immediately
- Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We were the envy of the group in our flash, warm, cosy van on a 2 degree night. It was a pleasure to drive and operate and James instructions were clear, easy and helpful. Highly recommend this van. It slept me, my wife, and our daughter very comfortably with plenty of space for everyone. The camper was an absolute dream to drive smooth, easy to handle, and in great condition. Everything inside was thoughtfully organised and had everything we needed to make the trip relaxing and stress-free. James was fantastic to deal with from start to finish, very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would absolutely hire this camper again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable adventure!

Lawrence 5.0James was very helpful in explaining how to use all the features of the van which was extremely helpful. The van came with everything you could ask for - the awning unfortunately wasnt functional but James included a gazebo for free of charge. Drives like a dream - perfect family adventure holiday!
