Hiring rules
- First 400km of travel are free. Every km after that will be charged at $0.30/km
- No smoking in/around the van
- Van can be driven on dirt and unsealed roads.
- Van cannot be taken or driven on the beach or sand areas
- Van to be returned clean. i.e. rubbish removed, any spills etc wiped clean
- Ensure awning is stowed in windy conditions
- report any damage
- Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Ider 5.0The van is amazing! Big enough for 4 adults and so easy to drive. All the equipment is first class I had such an amazing 1st time van experience with my parents and my sister. Its coming with some extra camping equipment that is so nice too. James was super clear with all the instructions and he answered all my questions.
