Cancellations

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a lovely stay in Mabel, an elderly but charming and beautifully renovated and furnished caravan. Lots of extra welcoming touches such as coffee, milk, biscuits. The queen bed was very comfortable. Erin delivered and set up the van with everything ready to enjoy.
