Freya the VW Transporter has been lovingly converted to a campervan. The van is an easy to drive automatic, with cruise control. There is a pull out kitchen that nestles under a large awning. The van includes a cooking stove, gas bottle, indoor sink, fridge, large 50L water tank, and eating, drinking and cooking utensils. The van has been thoughtfully designed and includes a comfortable double bed, cold shower, outdoor camping chairs and table, and a solar panel to keep everything fully charged, including power inverter for laptops and USB sockets for your mobile phones. Linen and towels are available on request for a small additional fee. The van is fully self sufficient and set up for off grid living! Not available on the dates you want? Holidays are about getting away from it all, reconnecting with what's important in life and having fun. That's why we have decided not to set loads of hiring rules. We put love and care into preparing the van for every trip. All we ask is that you treat Freya like a valued member of your family, return her clean, damage-free and with a full tank of diesel. The pick up location is close to Regent train station. Full location and hire details will be provided shortly before your hire commences.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Utterly seamless experience with Robin's Freya the campervan! Had ourselves the trip of a lifetime into the outback and the forests of Victoria. The van has every convenience you might need for an Aussie road trip -- with the on-board shower and solar charging, we were able to use free public facilities and camp anywhere. Extremely comfortable bed, sizable fridge, plenty of storage. An absolute joy. Look forward to hiring again.
