Hiring rules

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
• No Smoking Inside the Campervan ( Additional Cleaning Charge if smell/evidence min $100.00)
• No OffRoad / Beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads
• Driving on unsealed roatds bust be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before trip begins.
• No Festivals
• Awning mut be packed away in the event of bad weather
• Keep Van doors open / ventilated when cooking inside
• Daily 250 kms allowance (calculated over trip duration) $1.00 for each additional kilometer
• Any damage must be reported immediately through Camplify messages
• Pull over immediately in any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance Then call me.
• Tolls: Charged via ETag and will be passed on to you through Camplify
• Samsara to be returned in clean tidy condition otherwise extra cleaning fee of $100.00 for Interior Plus $100.00 Exterior (Includes no Sand/Dirt)
• Toilette Cassette MUST be emptied and cleaned prior to return otherwise $100.00 fee
• If BBQ is added as optional extra must be returned cleaned
• 3 Day minimum in off peak season / 5 day minimum in high season always request availability
• Pick Up / Drop Off times negotiable pending on availability please make request
• **Deposit must be paid within 48hrs otherwise it will not be secured.

  Samsara is comfortable and easy to handle. She had everything we needed for an enjoyable 4 days away. The air conditioning was a blessing as it was very hot during our trip. Having a shower and toilet in the van is a huge bonus for someone like us who needs a midnight trip to the toilets Thank you to David for giving such a thorough handover at pick up, it made everything super easy. We highly recommend Samsara for anyone looking for an easy hire experience.

  We went for a short stay.The van had everything we needed. Though a bit older van, it was clean-and well presented. It was really comfortable. My husband is a 6 foot bloke and the head room inside the van was a little low for him to stand upright and the bathroom too small because if his length- but we coped well regardless. Thank you so much- it was a great experience, and we loved it.

  Absolutely fabulous van, bed was comfortable and we had everything in there, only needed food and clothes! Beautiful hot shower, was spotlessly clean and great instructions. We are already booking for next year. So recommended

  Samsara was a brilliant van for two nights on the Sunshine Coast - she drives easy, has everything you could need, and Nicole and her parents were so helpful with collection and drop off! Highly recommend!

  Samsara is great!! Really tidy with everything you can think of supplied. Fuel consumption was terrific. Nicole, Dave & Sue made pick up and drop off a breeze. Excellent communication on behalf of owners. Bed is very very comfortable and all bedding and towels were provided. Fridge is big enough to hold essentials and more. We took an esky for extra drinks. You can really just jump in this van and go. We had a really fun, enjoyable trip around Northern NSW.
