Beds Description full size double bed 1.82m x 1.37m (6`x 4`6”) to sleep two adults. Conversion Description This carefully converted camper “Franny the Vanny” is ready for your post lockdown adventure! It’s a stunning little camper, in excellent condition. It’s very compact (originally a MPV) meaning it can be used as your second car rather than a vehicle that only leaves home for holidays; it is easy to drive and park. The living facilities are perfect for two adults. The mattress is made from luxury firm sofa foam and is very comfortable. There is plenty of storage space with drawer for your kitchen equipment and a cabinet within the bench. The camper has plenty of storage boxes for your bedding and clothes, plus space for outdoor chairs and the table. battery which powers the following: cigarette lighter sockets; USB sockets; a string of lights inside the van which give an amazing effect at night! When connected to mains hook up an onboard battery charger takes over charging the leisure battery. The camper also has air conditioning, heating, and a built in radio. She’s been incredibly well taken care of (I’ve never had a mechanical issue) and taken me on many a wonderful adventures around Australia. I did van life full time for almost two years and this is the third van I’ve owned…

    The van is basic but good value. Snug and cosy. Clean but very tired. Paintwork inside and out poor condition but new wooden drawer conversion kit well installed. Good air con. Thank you, May.

    VACATION FROM HELL!!! We embarked on a 4-nights campervan rental, and troubles began on the second day with a persistent red battery light (shown and discussed with the owner on the departure day), dismissed by the owner. Subsequently, we faced a breakdown on the Great Ocean Road, investing 4 hours in roadside assistance, resulting in a $227 upfront cost for a new battery. Day 3 unfolded in a remote location, necessitating another tow to a garage, further complicated by the vehicle being left under the scorching sun beside a busy road. Amidst these challenges, I had to arrange accommodation through the platform. This cost us the whole day. Day 4's optimism for a timely repair was shattered when the garage postponed contact until 4:00 PM. Stranded less than 30 km from the Grampians National Park, our plans were thwarted. The owner, upon repairing the van, hesitated to cover the $500 repair cost, adding financial strain. Day 5 brought us to our final campsite, but not without another breakdown near the reception, prompting a late-night tow for a safe sleeping spot. The next morning, a race against time ensued to reach Melbourne by 2:00 PM, made possible by a helpful tow truck driver. Throughout this ordeal, the owner displayed a lack of empathy, contributing to an appalling situation that no one should endure.
