Additional information
- automatic transmission - diesel engine - air condition - reverse camera 🔋200 amp hours lithium battery with a 2000 watt inverter allows for up to approx. 2 days off grid power. These will gradually recharge as you drive, and can be charged via the 15 amp plug (provided) when you have access to power. emergency - if you have any concerns, an engine light warning or an accident occurs, pull over immediately. Stay safe, call camplify on 02 4075 2000, option 4. They will call NRMA roadside assist for you. Then call me!
Hiring rules
- discounts available for longterm hires
- no smoking and no candles in the van
- no off road, beach driving or extended gravel roads
- no festival's
- (if not compliant with the hiring rules there will be a $500.00 charge for a vehicle inspection and cleaning plus extra charge for any repairs necessary)
- no cooking inside the van
- pls return with full tank of DIESEL (it will be hired out with a full tank)
- SERVICE FEE DOES NOT cover the cost of cleaning. Return the van clean inside and outside(the way it was hired), if the van needs extensive cleaning (vacuuming, scrubbing, dishes, cooktop free of grease, cleaning the sink, etc.) then the cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied after the van is returned. We will disinfect all common areas and wash the linens ect.
- restocking gas bottle/amenities and water is part of the service fee
- remove all rubbish
- empty and clean the fridge
- awning must be packed away before bad weather arises (incl. wind and rain)
- 1 small dog (max 15kg) is allowed, however any damage caused will incur a fee depends on the damage
- TOLLS are not included, they will be charged as soon as you return the van.
- 2 days minimum hire
- LONG TRIPS 200 km per day included in hire (any excess kilometer will be charged at 0.50c per kilometer)
- Lost or damaged items will incur a replacement fee, if damage happens, you must report it immediately. The who, what, where and when will be required.
- Pickup and dropoff: 8am to 4pm
- Allow enough time for pre and post check list, approx. 60 min.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
