- automatic transmission - diesel engine - air condition - reverse camera 🔋200 amp hours lithium battery with a 2000 watt inverter allows for up to approx. 2 days off grid power. These will gradually recharge as you drive, and can be charged via the 15 amp plug (provided) when you have access to power. emergency - if you have any concerns, an engine light warning or an accident occurs, pull over immediately. Stay safe, call camplify on 02 4075 2000, option 4. They will call NRMA roadside assist for you. Then call me!

Hiring rules

• discounts available for longterm hires
• no smoking and no candles in the van
• no off road, beach driving or extended gravel roads
• no festival's
• (if not compliant with the hiring rules there will be a $500.00 charge for a vehicle inspection and cleaning plus extra charge for any repairs necessary)
• no cooking inside the van
• pls return with full tank of DIESEL (it will be hired out with a full tank)
• SERVICE FEE DOES NOT cover the cost of cleaning. Return the van clean inside and outside(the way it was hired), if the van needs extensive cleaning (vacuuming, scrubbing, dishes, cooktop free of grease, cleaning the sink, etc.) then the cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied after the van is returned. We will disinfect all common areas and wash the linens ect.
• restocking gas bottle/amenities and water is part of the service fee
• remove all rubbish
• empty and clean the fridge
• awning must be packed away before bad weather arises (incl. wind and rain)
• 1 small dog (max 15kg) is allowed, however any damage caused will incur a fee depends on the damage
• TOLLS are not included, they will be charged as soon as you return the van.
• 2 days minimum hire
• LONG TRIPS 200 km per day included in hire (any excess kilometer will be charged at 0.50c per kilometer)
• Lost or damaged items will incur a replacement fee, if damage happens, you must report it immediately. The who, what, where and when will be required.
• Pickup and dropoff: 8am to 4pm
• Allow enough time for pre and post check list, approx. 60 min.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Absolutely perfect! Set up and pack down was so easy even for a solo female traveler. My dog and I had the best experience travelling the nsw coast, with everything I needed and some I hadnt thought of. Sylvi was so lovely and helpful, I felt completely confident setting out by myself. Thx for the amazing memories

  Have always wanted to hire a camper-van to see what it would be like. We had the van for 2 weeks travelling NSW. The van drove like a charm, not a problem at all. Had everything in it we needed. Will definitely do it again was fun.

  I had a lovely couple of weeks in Sylvia's van. Handover was thorough and I had a hand book to cover everything I needed to know. Everything I needed to make my trip comfortable was included. Sylvia was helpful and responsive when I had a problem, even on Christmas eve. Had such a nice time I decided to extend my trip by a couple of days, which Sylvia's was happy to accommodate.

  This was our first ever camper van experience and we were a little nervous. However, Sylvia made the whole experience so easy with her clear instructions and communications. The handover covered everything, including practical instructions on how to use everything and giving us the opportunity to try everything before our trip. She also provided a manual which had videos and written instructions for everything. Even the QR code for the car wash that we could use on our return. The van itself was just perfect. Sylvia had included personal touches which made it feel even more homely including games, spices and coffee and tea. We had everything we needed and our trip was a breeze. It was so easy to rock up at the campsites we visited and just be ready to relax without the hassle of unpacking. We just put up our chairs and table and were ready to chill. We have made some wonderful memories on the Sunshine Coast thanks to the ease of hiring the camper van. Thanks so much to Sylvia for trusting us with her beautiful Firefly. We would highly recommend and hopefully we'll be back in Australia again soon so we can do it all again. Thanks for the happy memories.
