Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Angela 5.0We took the Puggle 1 off grid for a five night camp trip with 3 kids. Easy pick up, Michael was so helpful getting us sorted and on the road. Bed was really comfortable, easy to use kitchen and cooker. Bar fridge was so handy and stayed cold the whole time. Solar powered lights inside and outside, hot showers and running hot water for washing up is such a treat. Will definitely book again!

The walkthrough was top notch and clearly explained, with the Puggle being absolutely perfect for our young family. Honestly couldn't recommend highly enough, and cannot wait for our next adventure!
