Hiring rules
- Minimum hirer age is 25 years;
- Pick up van from Top Camp, Toowoomba;
- Soft luggage and bedding only to be stored inside van no hard luggage, bikes, prams, chairs, tables, fridges etc.,
- Caravan is to be returned as clean as hired. Excessive cleaning will incur a fee of $150.00.
- Toilet needs to be emptied and cleaned properly (failure to clean toilet will incur a $200.00 cleaning fee);
- All damage must be reported even if only minor.
- Definitely no smoking in van.
- Pets allowed on approval but are definitely not allowed on the bed, to kept outside the van where possible.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The van was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Angela was very helpful with any questions we had. Angela's husband took us through the van before leaving making sure we knew how it all worked. If you haven't hired a van before I highly recommend hiring from this lovely family.
